New clients who have not had a professional home cleaning in the past month must select the First Time Clean option in the Extras section. This allows our team to spend the necessary time ensuring we deliver the high-quality results we pride ourselves on. Once that process is complete, our Standard Clean becomes an excellent option for weekly, biweekly, or monthly services with My Clean Charlotte Maids. Without it, we cannot guarantee our usual standard of service.
